huge resortfriendly staff
the resort felt so huge at first, yet i quickly learned my way around it. all staff members remembered my name (it.
i thought there could be a bit more lighting in the village type rooms because it sometimes felt too dark.

the food was superb, they support environmental protection. the resort maintains cleanliness everywhere! the fitness center is spacious and well-equipped. the beach offers shallow water access, perfect for kids.
the working hours for the cafeteria are a bit uncomfortable, i wanted coffee in the morning too!

the staff were amazing! nothing was too much trouble for them. the kids club team and the sports teams all did a great job! i think there are nine pools. also, there are plenty of activities constantly during the day and nights. the shows were of a high standard.
Upon arrival, a man was to take us to our room via a buggy. it was 2 am in the morning and we had had a long day. i gave the man a tip i thought was 2 x 50 lira! he wasn't happy. the farewell lounge needs locks on the shower rooms' doors. Someone tried to come in while we were getting dried. also, there was nowhere for us to sit as the family had taken all the seats, so this was not a very pleasant experience.
